Viloshnee is an accomplished business development consultant and geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the mining and minerals industry. She has worked for some of the country’s leading mining houses in senior positions, responsible for aspects of strategy formulation, implementation and management. She possesses more than 10 years’ experience in business development throughout Africa with a strong understanding of international sales and business strategies.

She is currently the CEO of Thembane Chemicals, a chemical trading company, and the Founder of V4 Group, a business consultancy. Recently, Viloshnee launched a social impact NPO called Chemistry in Action-V4 which provides curriculum aligned chemistry kits for rural high school learners to encourage more interactive learning and interest in pursuing careers in STEM.
