Madlin is an Adolescent Development and Youth Participation (ADAP) programme Officer with UNICEF in Syria. She is based in Qamishli Field Office, covering the northeast area. In addition to the ADAP programme, Madlin worked as a Communication focal point for the Qamishli office, overseeing the drafting and production of multimedia content and human-interest stories as well as documenting the humanitarian situation in the area through external communication products.

Before joining UNICEF, Madlin worked with UNHCR since 2014 and before that with different NGOs and educational institutes since 2005.
