Kazuo Kuroda

Kazuo Kuroda is a Professor at the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies specializing in the fields of inclusive education, the internationalization of higher education in Asia and the global and regional governance of education. He obtained his BA from Waseda University in 1989, his MA from Stanford University in 1993 and his PhD from Cornell University in 1996.

He has held positions at the Overseas Development Council in Washington, D.C. and Hiroshima University, and currently serves as a Visiting Research Fellow at the JICA Ogata Sadako Research Institute for Peace and Development.
